Trial Delayed Again...

The trial has been postponed until June 1, 2009. The reason for the postponement is believed to be for the attorneys' to have some time to attend to their other pending cases. Updates to follow...

The preliminary hearings continued on May 05, however, the prosecuting attorney was delayed at the high court, causing the matter to be re-scheduled to May 19. The trial, though, is proceeding very well. Thus far, the prosecution has been presenting physical evidence from the Police. When the hearings resume, it is expected that the cross examinations of material witnesses will commence. There are approximately 25 witnesses for the prosecution.

Once again the trial has been postponed because Shawn and La Shawn McClean, Leevurn's callous murderers, are attempting to delay the proceedings by changing their attorneys. The new date has been set for April 14th. More info to come...

Leevurn's History

Leevurn Anthony Tifferson Lyons was born in the small town of Sangre Grande, Trinidad. Leevurn grew up in Junction Road (Boystown) and graduated from Northeastern College. He was the third son of Margaret and Lester Lyons, and was a brother to Brent, Leigh, and Lester (Anthony) Lyons. At the age of 17, he moved to Oakland, California. He was an Auditor at Comcast for the last 9 years. Levvurn has left two young children, Victoria Lyons and Cayden Hinzten.
